I did the quest about starting the club with Jess, and I did the poppy quest where Missy is a slave, followed by avenging angel. My understanding was chapter 4 was supposed to have Jess be the main thing going on, but maybe I'm misunderstanding what the content of chapter 4 was supposed to be? maybe I played it without realizing it.... :D
I can take a look at the save file if you like, see if I can figure out what's going on. I would think you'd remember chapter 4 if you'd played it, it's fairly dramatic! There's details of how to send the save in the readme file,

No, she's beatable. You need to grapple her, then use rip bra/panties - but it isn't a guaranteed success, sometimes it takes a few attempts. I think the RNG's a bit messed up since the MZ update but it definitely works.
Yes, it used to work better on the VXA version, and I'm still figuring out what's actually wrong. The mini-update is out in a few weeks, I'll sort out some tweaks for then. Sorry about that.

You should download the version that's suitable for your operating system, Windows = Windows version, Mac = OSX version. If you're wanting to try it on Joiplay, I'm afraid I can't be much help as that's third party software, but I'd assume it's the windows version.
The customs agent is in the docks, west of Lady Flower (where Missy lives) and you can talk to Malia by going to Abbie's house in Honeypot fields (South of the park.)

When wrestling in the wrestling arena in the red light district, my Missy doesn't seem to be able to remove her opponent's bra. I've tried at least like 10 times, but it always failed. Opponent is grappled, so there should be a pretty high chance that it succeeds? Loving the game btw.!

If you have a pre-0.5 version, it's highly recommended to start a new game, yes. If you have the old VX Ace version (0.4.2 or earlier) then your old saves won't work at all. If you have the itch.io client, it will automatically keep the game up to date for you.

A second Abbie continues to follow you throughout the day, after school it jumps you to the date scene with Abbie part of the quest. The game fixes after sitting down with Abbie the next morning

There's a number of events around the school that can do it. Just spend time talking to her, take her side on things, etc and it will rise over a few days.
I played through a lot of this game a while ago... I think it was version 0.23, definitely before it was migrated. I really enjoyed what I played!
I've been holding out on playing again until the first complete release, which I assume would be v1.0. I'm curious how far out you think that milestone would be and/or what features still need to be completed for the game to be considered v1.0.
I have a lot of plans for the game, and wouldn't like to put a timescale on completion, but we are most likely talking years. I have plans to produce not only the main storyline but also a large number of side quests and other stuff to find in the game world. The scope is pretty big, and I'm only one person, so there's enough ideas and plotlines to keep me going for quite a while yet.

It's called RPG Maker MZ, and it sounds like it could be a folder permissions issue, are you putting it in the program files folder?

She always just tells me I can talk to her mom about staying for dinner
What does the quest log say? She's only supposed to say that if you've already found the bra.
It says, "Find our Abbie's bra size."

I believe it should be as simple as copying all the files from the saves folder to the corresponding one in the new version.
I'm assuming you mean from beta 3 to beta 4, as unfortunately saves from the old VX Ace version won't work any more in MZ.
